I'm amazed by the number of writers who stop reading. Just stop. Didn't we start writing because of our love of reading? I'll admit, I don't read in the genre I'm writing while I'm writing, but I'm always reading.
Lately, I had to read for research. And still have tons of books to go, but I found time to read for pleasure.
It's been fun and has renewed my love of telling a good story.
But I've also been reading craft books. Wow! There's so much I still have to learn. And there's so much that still confuses me.
Here's one of the best craft books that I've read in a while. This one, I think will be an annual visit because there's so much left to learn.
